Enact Home is our solar system monitoring platform. Solar owners can use Enact Home to track their system’s performance and health. The platform shows key metrics, such as your system status, energy generation, utility savings and more. Each metric is shown through easy-to-understand, intuitive graphic visualizations.
After creating an account with our customer success team, you can login to Enact Home desktop version on our website or visiting this link. Once you find the Homeowner Login, you can input your email address and password to log in.
Once on Enact Home, it’s as easy as scrolling through to find the metric you need. Our digital platform can help you view and track utility bill savings month-to-month, energy generation month-to-month and see your electrical consumption.
When viewing Your Savings or Your System — which shows utility savings and energy generation, respectively — you can compare actual versus estimated metrics.
For example, if you went solar to save money — you can see if your actual savings after going solar compare to the estimated savings you were told before you went solar.
This means if you’re not seeing desired performance, you can call a solar profession to diagnose a problem or find a solution. Whether it’s energy output, battery charge, utility savings or power grid consumption — you can use Enact Home to know if you’re getting the most out of your investment.
Enact Home provides transparency to know you got what you wanted. We’re an independent platform that provides independent analysis and personalized insights.
When you first log in, one of the first visualizations you’ll see will show your solar system’s status. This shows if your system is online or offline. If your system is online, it means your solar panels are producing electricity which is powering your home.
If your status says offline, that means Enact Home cannot receive information from your inverter. An unresponsive inverter could mean a connection issue, which can be easily resolved, or it could mean your system is no longer producing electricity.
If your system goes offline, we have a Frequently Asked Questions page to help you troubleshoot before contacting Enact for support.
If you own a solar battery, Enact Home shows users their storage battery’s state of charge as well as other graphics. When you log in, you can scroll down to the last two visualizations to see two essential graphics.
The first, Your Battery: Charging and Discharging, shows the battery charge and discharge measured kilowatt hours (kWh). The second visualization, named Your Battery: Performance and Status, compares your battery’s state of charge and power flow over time.
